This Policy is intended to help you understand what data ADHD Solved, including its website and off line services (“we“) collect, how we use it, and your rights related to it.

For purposes of this Policy and unless otherwise specified, “data” includes information that is linked to one person or household including things like name, email address, phone numbers, device ID, contact information, communications with your ADHD Coach, notes and recordings taken by your Coach. When you use and access our website and our coaching services, you accept and agree to this Privacy Policy.

The type of personal information we collect 

We currently collect and process the following information:

Personal Data: Name, date of birth, email, phone and address.

Transactional Data: We Process data about payment transactions, such as whether a Client completed payment for our services and the amounts taken.

Organisational Data: The dates and times of your appointments with us.

Coach Client Communications: This includes all email and written correspondence between Coach and Client or prospective Client.

Coach Session Notes: Your Coach may keep notes as a tool to retain key insights and to act as a prompt for future work. This can also include session recordings. Your consent for recording is requested in our contract of services and for the avoidance of doubt, the online conference meeting will inform you when the session is being recorded. 

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you at the time you enquire about or sign up for and use our services.

We also receive personal information indirectly, if you are referred to us by a third party or sponsor.

We use the information that you have given us to provide services as an ADHD Coaching facility. 

We do not share your information unless we are required to do so by law or you approve for us to engage with a third party.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information is with your consent.

You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us using the details above.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep all data i.e. Personal Data, Transactional Data, Organisational Data, Coach Client Communications and Coach Session Notes for up to 2 years.

We will then dispose your information by deleting the digital record. There are no paper records kept. 

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete. 

Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances. 

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. 

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
